Al-Damiri Trading and Industry strategy is to achieve natural growth by increasing our reach in the markets, supported by strategic acquisitions, diversification of our products and vertical integration.
- We seek to strengthen our market position across existing product categories
We seek to take advantage of our presence in the paper packaging category to increase cross-selling opportunities with our main customers, and to meet all their needs in packaging products. We also plan to leverage this cross selling potential, along with our strong manufacturing capabilities, to increase our market share in the Kingdom and the region, further enhancing the utilization of our existing assets and improving our profitability.
- New products and technical development
We aim to achieve our strategic goals and enhance our competitiveness in the Middle East packaging market. We will launch new products and develop existing products to improve our offerings to our customers.
- Expanding the geographical scope
By identifying new markets for our existing products in the packaging sector, in addition to launching new products. We also aim to increase our sales in these markets and explore new markets for export.
- Identify opportunities for vertical integration and other diversification opportunities
We plan to take advantage of vertical integration opportunities in specific sectors and achieve further diversification. We will work to identify new opportunities for vertical integration that will enhance profit margins, secure raw materials and increase our market share.
